The staff was incredibly nice and helpful, ensuring we had a comfortable stay. The beds and pillows were very comfortable, allowing my family to get a good rest.

I encountered noise disturbances that disrupted sleep, and the overall cleanliness varied, with some areas needing more attention.

Wi-Fi was fast, and the room had a flat-screen TV. Parking was tight.

The stay at Red Roof Inn was comfortable with the room being tidy and inviting. The staff was attentive, promptly addressing requests, such as accommodating a room change when I encountered issues. Free local calls and in-room coffee/tea makers were convenient amenities that enhanced the stay as well. The proximity to local attractions was a plus.

The staff was friendly enough and the area has restaurants nearby. We even found some decent coffee available in the room which was a nice touch.

Paid a premium for this place and it wasn't worth it.

My stay was disappointing due to multiple issues. The bathroom door lock was broken and made it extremely difficult to use, posing a potential fire hazard. Additionally, I found the front desk staff to be unhelpful and rude, which exacerbated my frustrations. I was also disturbed by excessive noise, likely from other guests, which disrupted my sleep throughout the night.

staying here was fantastic as it was just a short walk to Locust Grove Estate and less than 5 minutes to get to the Poughkeepsie Galleria Mall, making city strolls super convenient and enjoyable.
